Arguably the most important role at an event after Chief Stewards on track responsibilities is that of the convenor. The unsung hero prepares and manages all the preparation work often for months or years beforehand to ensure the facility delivered the very best experience for all KartSport and is then charged with making sure the day itself runs smoothly with all trackside logistics.
The event convenor is effectively the General Manager of the event. KartSport's Convenor Code provides a wealth of knowledge, sourced from skilled clubs and convenors over the past decades of delivering stunning events around the nation
